Office hours are when our office answers calls. Care schedules are arranged separately with each client.
Request information
The quickest way to request information is to call us during office hours. If we miss your call, leave a message with your name, phone number and a good time to call back.
When we talk, we will ask for:
- Your name and the best way to reach you
- Whether you are asking for yourself, a family member, or a client you are referring
- The general kind of help you are looking for
- Your permission to follow up with you
Please do not send medical information online. Do not include diagnoses, medications, medical history, insurance ID numbers or Social Security numbers in email or text messages. We will talk with you about care needs by phone or in person.
